Behind every successful stroke on the water is a dedicated crew off the water. Our leadership team works year-round to keep Riverside Crew running smoothly and safely. From setting team policies and managing finances to coordinating volunteers and maintaining the team’s yearly calendar, they handle the details that make big things possible.

Board Responsibilities

  • Establishing and Enforcing Team Policies and Operational Protocols
  • Managing Budget, Fundraising Efforts, and Financial Oversight
  • Procuring and Maintaining Team Equipment
  • Coordinating the Team Calendar and Volunteer Activities
  • Providing Operational Support to our Coaches
  • Serving as Liaison to Riverside High School Administration, VASRA, and Other Key Partners
  • Overseeing Misconduct Investigations and Disciplinary Procedures

Board Meeting Schedule

The Riverside Crew Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm – 9:00 PM. The meeting is held in the Potomac Club Boardroom. The first hour is open for parents and student-athletes to come speak to the board.
