SRAA Nationals Regatta
The SRAA National Championship regatta will take place on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on May 22-23, 2026. SRAA will provide insurance for the regatta including all participants and volunteers. SRAA will not require USRowing Association Organizational or individual membership to participate in the SRAA National Championship regatta. More details to follow regarding regatta registration in the near term.
Action Items to Complete by May 15 if your boat qualified.
- Register your athlete on TeamLinkt by 12 May 2026.
- Pay your athlete fee: The fee is TBD per rower/coxswain and covers lodging, regatta fees & expenses and meals. Make your payment online via TeamLinkt.
- Complete Liability and Medical Release form and upload during the registration process.
- Complete and sign the signed Code of Conduct and upload during the registration process.
- Join the GroupMe Group.
- Email food allergies to president@riversidecrew.org.
Communications
It will be critical for us to be able to communicate during Nationals. Ensure you have both TeamLinkt and GroupMe apps downloaded on your device.
Logistics
Transportation
The Riverside Crew Board of Directors will not be providing any transportation to this event. Parents are responsible for getting their student-athletes to the venue on time.
Lodging
We have reserved 15 rooms at the TBD. If interested in one of these rooms, please send an email to president@riversidecrew.org by May 16th. You will receive an email once transferred into your name. You can then call the hotel and put your credit card on file with them.
Meals
We will drive the Riverside Crew Chuckwagon to the regatta. Meals will be provided at the river by our volunteer cooks for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the regatta. Please email president@riversidecrew.org to let us know if you or your student athlete has a by food allergies by May 16th.
- Thursday dinner will be provided.
- Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner will provided.
- Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided. Saturday dinner, if necessary, will be provided.
- Water and snacks will be available at the food tent. Please bring a refillable water bottle.
Luggage & Thursday Dress
Everyone should arrive to row and should wear their crew team shirt, with crew bag as needed.
Notifying the School About May 21-22 Absence
- Parents must their athlete’s absence to RVHS from school for May 21 & 22.
- Athletes should give all teachers advance notice regarding their absence from school on May 21 & 22.
What to Pack
Spending Money
Regatta shirts and memorabilia will be available during the weekend at the many vendors set up at the SRAA grounds.
Volunteers Needed
This isn’t a crew event if we don’t ask for volunteers. We will need volunteers to assist hauling the chuckwagon to the team tent sight, cooking, tent set-up and clean up each day. Please contact secretary@riversidecrew.org if interested in volunteering.

- 9 AM-6 PM SRAA Nationals Regatta, Schuylkill River. RVHS Crew Board will provide food at the regatta site
- 7:00-8:30 AM Breakfast at team tent
- 12 noon lunch at team tent
- 5 PM dinner at team tent
