Communications

It will be critical for us to be able to communicate during Nationals. Ensure you have both TeamLinkt and GroupMe apps downloaded on your device. 

Logistics

Transportation

The Riverside Crew Board of Directors will not be providing any transportation to this event. Parents are responsible for getting their student-athletes to the venue on time.

Lodging

We have reserved 15 rooms at the Fairfield Inn – Philidephia Airport. If interested in one of these rooms, please send an email to president@riversidecrew.org by May 16th. You will receive an email once transferred into your name. You can then call the hotel and put your credit card on file with them. 

Meals

We will drive the Riverside Crew Chuckwagon to the regatta. Meals will be provided at the river by our volunteer cooks for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the regatta. Please email secretary@riversidecrew.org to let us know if you or your student athlete has a by food allergies by May 16th.

1. Thursday dinner will be provided.
2. Friday breakfast, lunch and dinner will provided.
3. Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided. Saturday dinner, if necessary, will be provided.
4. Water, sports drinks and snacks will be available at the food tent.

Luggage & Thursday Dress

Everyone should arrive to row and should wear their crew team shirt, with crew bag as needed.

Notifying the School About May 22 Absence

• Parents must their athlete’s absence to RVHS from school for May 22.
• Athletes should give all teachers advance notice regarding their absence from school on May 22nd.

Spending Money

Regatta shirts and memorabilia will be available during the weekend at the many vendors set up at the SRAA grounds.

Volunteers Needed

This isn’t a crew event if we don’t ask for volunteers. We will need volunteers to assist hauling the chuckwagon to the team tent sight, cooking, tent set-up and clean up each day. Please contact secretary@riversidecrew.org if interested in volunteering.

Thursday, May 21, 2026

• 5:30 PM Arrive at racing site for practice
• 6:30 PM dinner at team tent

Friday, May 22, 2026

• TBD (Early Morning/Based on Race Schedule) Depart Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport for racing site. Bring all race gear as you won’t return to the hotel until the evening
• 9 AM-6 PM SRAA Nationals Regatta, Schuylkill River. RVHS Crew Board will provide food at the regatta site
• 7:00-8:30 AM Breakfast at team tent
• 12 noon lunch at team tent
• 5 PM dinner at team tent

Saturday, May 23, 20256

• TBD (Early Morning/Based on Race Schedule) Depart Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Airport for racing site. Bring all race gear as you won’t return to the hotel until the evening
• 9 AM-6 PM SRAA Nationals Regatta, Schuylkill River. RVHS Crew Board will provide food at the regatta site
