We are excited to launch our Letter Campaign to support our crew team! This initiative is a fantastic way for us to come together and raise the necessary funds to ensure our athletes have the best resources and opportunities to succeed. This is a mandatory year end fundraiser for every team member including our graduating Seniors. For this critical fundraiser, the “opt-out” option is $500 for non-participation per athlete.

  • Build Community: This campaign is a great way to involve friends, family, and businesses (local, in another state or country) in our journey.
  • Empower Athletes: By participating, athletes learn the importance of teamwork, communication, and community support.

    How to Get Involved

      1. Download the Donation Letter Template: Donation Letter
      2. Personalize It: Add your accomplishments from this season and your goals for next season.
      3. Send It Out: Kindly email and/or mail the letter to a minimum of 15 friends, family, and/or local businesses. Prohibited businesses are Chain/Franchised stores, Banking Establishments and Restraurants. 
      4. Follow Up: A friendly reminder can go a long way in securing donations. 

     

    Donations can be made on the website donation page via PayPal. PayPal will charge a 3% transaction fee if using a credit card. To save donors from the transaction fee, they can mail in a check made out to Riverside Crew to Kristy Balwinski 19226 Gooseview Ct. Leesburg, VA 20176.
