Charitable Giveback Opportunities
The Riverside Crew team has always been about more than just getting the job done—we’re about heart, hustle, and helping out. Giving back through charity events is our way of showing love to the community that supports us every day. Whether it’s packing meals, planting trees, or cheering on a local fundraiser, it’s a chance to bond, laugh, and make a real difference together. Plus, it feels pretty great to know we’re part of something bigger than ourselves.
These opportunities look great on college applications.
Susan Ferguson has two current projects: a clothing drive that runs thru 8/12. She is accepting clothing donations in all men’s, women’s, girls’, and boys’ sizes. All donations should be clean and in great condition (no rips, tears, stains, broken zippers, etc). Clothing donations can be bagged and left on her porch. She’ll accept shoes, as well, as long as they are in great shape. On Thursday morning, August 14, she will put all the sorted clothing donations out for our Riverside cluster families to come by and help themselves. If any of you are willing and available to volunteer that morning, that would be terrific.
