ALL STUDENTS WILL NEED BOTH VHSL PHYSICAL (scan and email to matt.oblas@lcps.org) AND COMPLETION OF ONLINE PAPERWORK IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRACTICE OR TRYOUT.
New VA law now allows your physical to be good for 14 months. Please look at the date of your current physical. If it ends at any point during the Spring season, obtain another physical to be eligible to participate.
